For digital registration, click on the link below for our online registration portal maintained by Our Sunday Visitor (OSV Hub). Enter the requested information for the head of the household and then use the 'Add Family Member' button for each family member. Once all family member have been added please click on the 'Register Family' button. You will receive an email notification once your registration has been accepted. 

For manual registration, print out the registration form below and give it to one of the greeters before/after Mass or return it via US mail to:

Once you are registered, you will receive a welcome phone call and a welcome packet in the mail.
