Little Rock Scripture StudyLittle Rock Scripture Study (LRSS) is an adult-level Bible Study that provides an effective method of Scripture study that shapes God’s people into faithful and active disciples.
Through prayer and study, those involved with LRSS learn more about the Bible and its message, the tools that help in understanding, how to grow in our appreciation for Christian community life, and how to encounter Christ in ways that are meaningful and transforming as we build a stronger relationship with the Lord. |
LRSS uses interactive commentaries and small-group discussions to break open the mysteries of the Word of God. A typical study has between four-and-six lessons.
Some studies focus on a particular book of the Bible — Genesis, Matthew, or Revelation, for example.
Other studies are more thematic, such as a side-by-side study of the four Gospel narratives concerning the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
And other studies provide bird’s-eye overviews of the Old and New Testaments.
